Video Production Policy
When working with Metro Media you agree to our Policy.
Cancellation due to Change of Mind
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is done by the videographer. However, if the client cancels within one month prior to the shoot, the videographer is entitled to invoice the client for loss of earnings unless a suitable solution is agreed.
Usage/Copyright
Both Metro Media and the Client have ownership of the video and can share it accordingly. Your video may be used for Marketing and training purposes.
Accidents and Damage
The Videographer cannot be held responsible for any personal injury/accident or damage during a video shoot. The client is fee to take out their own insurance.
Editing and Post Production
Whilst every effort will be made by the videographer to supply the client with a satisfactory product based upon the videographer’s advertised style, and to the specified requirements agreed beforehand, all editing and post production will be carried out to the videographer’s discretion.
Revisions/alterations/ Editing Time
The client has 14 days from the date of collection to return the video for any corrections or alterations to be undertaken free of charge. Project files are mostly deleted after 30 days after final reversion. We allow for 10 days for revisions. Wedding editing time approximately eight weeks post wedding.
Deposits
When engaging with Metro Media we offer the option of paying a 50% upfront deposit and 50% 7 days prior to the shoot. Deposits are non-refundable.
Livestreaming
We do our best to ensure a stable and reliable livestream however technical issues with the internet connection can occur. In this situation, we will film, edit and upload the video for viewing within 24 hours.
Late Payments
When engaging with Metro Media you agree to make payment 28 days after completion. After that period late fees may apply or payments may be sent to collection.Â
